At NYSHK, every piece and gift experience is thoughtfully curated to reflect elegance and care. We want you to feel confident in your purchase, and we strive to offer a transparent and fair return process in line with premium customer service standards.
Customers may request a return within 10 days of delivery. All items must be unused, unworn, and returned in original condition with all packaging, tags, certificates, and invoices intact. Any item showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration will not be accepted.
Customized gift boxes are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable, as they are prepared specifically according to individual customer preferences. Sale items and gift cards are also final sale.
All returns must be requested through our online Returns Portal, accessible from your order page. Customers can submit their return request using their order number and email address. Once the request is reviewed and approved, a return shipping label will be emailed to the customer.
The cost of return shipping will be deducted from the refund amount. Original delivery shipping charges paid at checkout are non-refundable.
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, customers must submit a return request within 24 hours of delivery with clear photographs. In such cases, a replacement or full refund will be provided at no extra cost.
